How do I join?
Let us show you that with our support, you’ll have more time, energy, and money to devote to what you care about most: your business and your clients.
- Reach out to our Director of Franchise Sales, Chris Thomason. He’ll set up an introductory meeting as an opportunity for you to learn more about joining. Whether you’re wondering about finances, curious about acquiring a firm or just want to know how we can support you, Chris can help you find the answers. He’ll be your point of contact throughout the process.
- Fill out the Request for Consideration. If you want to move forward after meeting with Chris, he’ll send you the Request for Consideration form.
- We’ll review the form. We’ll also begin the vetting process which will include a background check and credit check.
- Get to know us. You’ll have a chance to meet members of our leadership team and our home office staff in Athens. We’d love to say hello and give you an opportunity to learn more about Padgett, our vision and the people who will be supporting your new business.
- Receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). If your Request for Consideration is accepted, you’ll then have a chance to review the FDD.
- Welcome to Padgett! When the Franchise Disclosure Document is completed and signed, we’ll begin the onboarding process. You’ll also receive training and advice from our Home Office and fellow Padgett entrepreneurs.
